Positive Change | change guidance
Many people ask me what a change process looks like. To that question I haven’t got a standard answer. My preference goes out to working based on a specific brief and making sure the change process fits like a glove. Whether this requires live or online workshops, training programmes, individual coaching sessions, advisory input, inspiration sessions, Positive Experiments video learning, interim hands-on work or a combination of these methods, we’ll figure it out. Rest assured: all change initiatives always include ample positivity and interactivity. Below you will find a number client cases that show how I’ve been able to support them.

The family business succession
The family business Ebus Planten in Venlo offers everything in the field of plants for the professional reseller in its cash & carry of over 9.000 m2. Ebus is about to experience the first generational change within the family business. A transfer that requires the new generation to be well-prepared and ensures its 35 employees to continue to head into a futureproof direction.

The fast-growing organisation and its interactive leadership weekend
Mifa specialises in the extrusion of magnesium profiles and aluminium profiles. In order to be able to continue providing high-quality profiles as a fast-growing organisation, it is essential for colleagues to be able to find one another and to bring up ideas proactively. As a result of the interactive leadership weekend, the teams work together more intensively and with more focus.

Active international change
Also in an international environment, I involve the colleagues into the change in English, Spanish, French, German or Dutch whilst paying attention to the regional culture. During the change process a lot of positive energy comes about so people naturally take an active role. As such colleagues also work better together internationally.
